Ingredients Needed

  1. 2 cups (450 g) raw, shelled pumpkin seeds
  2. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) canola oil
  3. 1 tablespoon (7.8 g) chili powder
  4. 1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C, or gas mark 4).

In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds and canola oil, stirring until well coated.

Add the chili powder and salt and stir again.

Spread the seeds in a shallow roasting pan and roast for about 30 minutes.
