Ingredients Needed

  1. 1 shot (1 ounces, or 42 ml) white rum
  2. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
  3. 1 sprig fresh mint
  4. 1 teaspoon Splenda
  5. Club soda to fill

Cooking Instructions

Combine the rum, lime juice, mint, and Splenda in the bottom of a tall glass.

Using the back of a spoon, press the mint well to release the flavor and stir everything together.

Now fill the glass with ice, then with club soda.
