- 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
- cup (40 g) diced cooked ham
- cup (38 g) diced green pepper
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) diced onion
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ham, green pepper, and onion and saute for a few minutes until the onion is softened.
Pour in the eggs and scramble until the eggs are set.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
