- cup (30 g) low-carb bake mix
- Pinch of salt or Vege-Sal
- 3 to 4 tablespoons (42 to 56 g) butter
Mix the bake mix with the pinch of salt (about teaspoon).
Dip the fillets in the bake mix, covering them lightly all over.
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Saute the "floured" fillets in the butter for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve just as it is or with a squeeze of lemon juice.
