Lemon-Mustard Salmon Steaks Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 2 salmon steaks (totaling about 1 pound, or 455 g)
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt or Vege-Sal
- 2 tablespoons (7.8 g) chopped fresh parsley
Combine the butter, lemon juice, mustard, and salt or Vege-Sal in a slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Now put the salmon steaks in the slow cooker and turn them once or twice to coat.
Re-cover the slow cooker and let it cook for 1 hour.
Spoon some of the pot liquid over the salmon and sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
