- catfish nuggets, cut up fillets.)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- teaspoon ground rosemary

Olive oil Mix together everything but the catfish and the olive oil in a bowl big enough to hold the catfish nuggets.
When the marinade ingredients are blended, add the catfish nuggets and stir them up so they're coated.
Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes? during which time you can be soaking 3 or 4 bamboo skewers in water so they won't catch fire on the grill.
