Kofta Burgers Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 2 pounds (910 g) ground lamb
- 1 cup (160 g) minced onion
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- cup (60 g) plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Just plop everything into a mixing bowl?do make sure your onion is pretty finely minced or your burgers will want to crumble on you?and use clean hands to smoosh it all together until it's well blended.

Chill them for an hour before grilling; then grill over a medium fire for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
