  2. 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
  3. 1 tablespoon (6 g) curry powder
  4. 1 clove garlic 1 large onion
  5. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add the curry powder and stir for a minute or so.

Add the garlic, onion, and lamb.

Saute, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through.
