Quick Curried Lamb Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 1 pound (455 g) lean lamb, cut in -inch (1.3-cm) cubes
- 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon (6 g) curry powder
- 1 clove garlic 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add the curry powder and stir for a minute or so.
Add the garlic, onion, and lamb.
Saute, stirring frequently, for 7 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
