Chicken with Asparagus and Gruyere Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 1 pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
- 1 pound (455 g) asparagus
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 4 ounces (115 g) gruyere, thinly sliced
First, pound the chicken breasts until they're inch (6 mm) thick all over.
Cut into 4 portions.
