Ingredients Needed

  1. 6 pounds (2.7 kg) boneless, skinless chicke
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  4. cup (24 g) grated ginger
  5. 4 teaspoons purchased garam masala
  6. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  7. cup (60 ml) lime juice
  8. cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
  9. cup (120 ml) chicken broth
  10. 1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Put the chicken, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.

Pour the mixture over the chicken.

Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 6 to 7 hours.
