  3. cup (60 ml) No-Sugar Ketchup
  4. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) spicy brown mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon (28 g) butter
  7. teaspoon lemon juice
  8. 1 tablespoon (1.5 g) Splenda
  9. teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  10. 1 teaspoon paprika
  11. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  12. 1 clove garlic

Cooking Instructions
