  2. cup (60 ml) canned crushed pineapple in juice
  3. cup (60 ml) white vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  5. 2 tablespoons (3 g) Splenda
  6. 5 tablespoons (75 ml) water
  7. teaspoon blackstrap molasses

Cooking Instructions

Combine everything in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
