Polynesian Sauce Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy
Ingredients Needed
- cup (66 g) tomato paste
- cup (60 ml) canned crushed pineapple in juice
- cup (60 ml) white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (3 g) Splenda
- 5 tablespoons (75 ml) water
- teaspoon blackstrap molasses
Cooking Instructions
Combine everything in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Makes a little over 1 cup (240 ml), or 8 servings of 2
