Easy Remoulade Sauce Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy
- 1 cup (230 g) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) spicy brown or Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons (17 g) capers, drained and chopped a bit
Just stir everything up and you're good to go!
Makes about 1 cups (320 ml), or 5 servings of just under cup
Each serving has 1 gram of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 1 gram of protein.
