Major Grey's Chutney Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy
- 2 pounds (910 g) peach slices
- cup (35 g) paper-thin ginger slices
- 1 cups (37 g) Splenda
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cups (360 ml) cider vinegar
- Guar or xanthan
Put everything in a large, nonreactive saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, turn the heat to low, and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Thicken a bit with guar or xanthan if you like and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
1 quart (960 ml), or 32 servings of 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
