- cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- teaspoon pepper
Over high heat, stir-fry the beans in the olive oil until they're tender-crisp.
Stir in the garlic, lemon juice, and pepper.
Cook just another minute and serve.
