Ingredients Needed

  1. 4 cups (600 g) cross-cut frozen green beans, unthawed
  2. cup (40 g) chopped onion
  3. 4 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
  4. cup (80 ml) low-carb barbecue sauce (see Chapter 13 or use
  5. purchased sauce)

Cooking Instructions

Put the green beans in a slow cooker.

Add the onion and bacon and then stir in the barbecue sauce.

Cover the slow cooker, set it to high, and let it cook for 3 hours.

(If you prefer, set it to low and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours.
