Barbecue Green Beans Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 4 cups (600 g) cross-cut frozen green beans, unthawed
- cup (40 g) chopped onion
- 4 slices cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
- cup (80 ml) low-carb barbecue sauce (see Chapter 13 or use
- purchased sauce)
Put the green beans in a slow cooker.
Add the onion and bacon and then stir in the barbecue sauce.
Cover the slow cooker, set it to high, and let it cook for 3 hours.
(If you prefer, set it to low and let it cook for 5 to 6 hours.
Each with 3 g protein, 8 g carbohydrate, 2 g dietary fiber, 6 g usable carbs.
