Ingredients Needed

  1. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil
  2. 2 cups (300 g) frozen green beans, thawed
  3. cup (100 g) canned water chestnuts, sliced or diced, drained
  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  5. cup (60 ml) chicken broth
  6. 1 teaspoons soy sauce
  7. Guar or xanthan

Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.

Add the green beans and water chestnuts and stir-fry until the green beans are tender-crisp.

Stir in the garlic, chicken broth, and soy sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes; thicken the pan juices just a little with guar or xanthan and serve.
