Sweet-and-Sour Cabbage Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 3 slices bacon
- 4 cups (280 g) shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Splenda
In a heavy skillet, cook the bacon until crisp.
Remove and drain.
Add the cabbage to the bacon grease and saute it until tender-crisp.
Stir in the vinegar and Splenda, crumble in the bacon, and serve.
Each with 4 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, for a total of 2 grams of usable carbs and 2 grams of protein.
