Sicilian Spinach Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

Ingredients Needed

  1. 3 tablespoons (42 g) butter
  2. 2 pounds (910 g) fresh spinach, washed and dried
  3. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  4. 1 or 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

Heat the butter in a heavy skillet.

Add the spinach and garlic and saute until the spinach is just limp.

Stir in the anchovies and serve.
