Ginger Stir-Fry Broccoli Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy
Low carb recipe for Ginger Stir-Fry Broccoli which belongs to the Sides recipe category.
- 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) peanut oil or other bland oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bag (1 pound, or 455 g) frozen broccoli "cuts" thawed
- 1 tablespoon (6 g) grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
Heat the peanut oil in a wok or heavy skillet over high heat.
Add the garlic and the broccoli and stir-fry for 7 to 10 minutes or until the broccoli is tendercrisp.
Stir in the ginger and soy sauce, stir-fry for just another minute, and serve.
Each with 7 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs and 4 grams of protein.
