Ingredients Needed

  1. 1 can (13 ounces, or 380 g) artichoke hearts
  2. 1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
  3. 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1 teaspoon of jarred, chopped garlic
  5. Paprika

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325F (170C, or gas mark 3).

Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.

Mix the artichoke hearts with the mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic, combining well.

Put the mixture in a small, oven-proof casserole dish, sprinkle a little paprika on top, and bake for 45 minutes.
