Angel-Type Coconut Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

- 3 tablespoons (40 g) polyol sweetener
- cup (80 ml) boiling water
- 2 cups (140 g) shredded coconut meat
In a medium-size mixing bowl, dissolve the polyol sweetener in water.
Stir in the coconut, making sure the coconut is evenly damp.
Cover the bowl and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
