Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce Recipe - Low Carb & Healthy

Ingredients Needed

  1. cup (60 g) shredded cucumber
  2. 1 cup (230 g) plain yogurt
  3. 1 clove garlic, crushed
  4. teaspoon salt
  5. 1 pinch ground cumin
  6. 1 pinch coriander
  7. 4 tablespoons (16 g) chopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions

Plunk the shredded cucumber into a strainer over a bowl or in the sink to let some moisture drain out of it.

Open the yogurt and pour off any whey (clear liquid) that's gathered.

Dump the yogurt into a bowl and add the garlic, salt, cumin, and coriander.

Now go back to the cucumber and press it with clean hands or the back of a spoon to get most of the water out.

Add the drained cucumber into the bowl with the yogurt and stir everything up.

Add the cilantro, stir again, and serve with Kofta Burgers or anything curried.
